I love when an illustrator or author comes through school to talk about how they became an illustrator or author.  What luck did I have today when Don Tate came to school and had his Mac!  Don has illustrated over 45 books both for schools and for trade books.  Our school will be doing a skit over Ron's Big Mission to celebrate Black History Month.  Make sure to check out his books!

Have I said how much I love my job? Being Tech Director has its ups and downs. Data coordinating is deffinately the down side of my job, but trying out new gadgets, delivering new technology and researching innovative practices is deffinately the parts that make having this job fulfilling.

Uptown Popcorn!

Kimberly W and Andrea had a Fantastic time spending the weekend together!  It was even more fun to run into a fellow Mac user at Uptown Popcorn.  Super yummy popcorn and great place!  Next time you are in Dallas make sure to stop by the Northpark Mall and have some great popcorn.
